What we store
Basic profile. Name, birthday, gender, target, city.Photos and mmeet-video. Our storage, signed temporary URLs.Match history.Confirmed meetings history. Place, time, result. Anonymized stats from this go into product improvement.
What we DON'T store
No advertising IDs. mmeet doesn't monetize via ads.
No chat content. As soon as a chat closes (one hour after the meeting time), all messages are immediately purged from our database. Not in active UI, not in journal tables.
No video used for model training.
No geolocation more precise than city.
Account deletion
Hit «delete account». Deletion happens immediately, no grace period: profile and basic fields removed from DB, photos and mmeet-video removed from S3 storage, match history is anonymized (the other side sees only «account deleted»), authentication account is deleted.
Deletion is final. Cannot restore. If «delete» is tapped by accident — create a new account.
What remains: anonymized statistics and system logs untied to a specific name. Necessary for product operation, GDPR-compliant.
Data on reports / moderation
Reported by another person — moderator reviews. If blocked — some data kept up to 12 months to prevent re-registration of violator.
